Why? |
Throughout your life you're asked many questions Some of them the answers you know Many to which you do not want to respond Questions you dont know the answers too And the last to which there's simply no answer Many times have I been asked a question Over and Over again and again The same question with different meanings With so many different answers But still it was the same question Sometimes I get mad at this It becomes redundant and i became impatient You just wanted a reason For children going to school For adults having to work For the darkness of the night And the brightness of the day To these questions the answers i know So many different answers though But still it was the same question Others wanted to know other things Others wanted other reasons Reasons for a mommy becoming fat When a little brother is being made Reasons for the bad man being on T.V. Being brought to Jail after being caught Reasons for mommy leaving daddy After she saw daddy with his 'friend' So many different answers I dont want to say But still it was the same question But thats not where it stops They still want an explanation For genocide and murder For crimes against the law For the hatred that is shared between the cat and dog For the color of ones eyes I'm sorry, but these answers I dont know So many different answers But still it was the same question And still there was more to be asked So many more questions More that everyone wanted answers to explanations needed, explanations for... For the color of the sky For the shape of the earth For the hardness of the ground And the feeling of the wind For these theres simply no answer But still it was the same question Who wants to know all this? How do they expect me to answer it all? What do they expect out of me? Where am i supposed to find these answers? When do they expect me to have an answer for them? Who am I supposed to ask if i cant find an answer? But the real question, the only reason i want explained is the reason for all of you wanting to know all these reasons The reason you want all of these explanations The question is Why? |
